Women Uniting

Oh Happy Day! Women uniting. Rising. Re-framing the Narrative. Reclaiming our Resilience. 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙒𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣'𝙨 𝘿𝙖𝙮!

It's been a challenging few years and our collective resilience has been impacted in ways we may not even notice yet. From the Grandmothers, wisdom comes forth in many forms: Compassion. Kindness. Gentleness, as we keep trudging through the unknown together.

Does the world seem a little slower somehow?

Resilience is a critical skill being discussed a lot right now as it relates to so many global crises. But it doesn't necessarily mean you need grit or determination. Sometimes it means stopping. FULL STOP. Only by being still and taking the time to make intentional moments can we experience and reinforce the connection to our own inner wisdom. To pump the brakes on the routines we feel mindlessly caught in. To challenge the obligatory definitions of someone we're trying to be - inside and out.

The stillness is waiting there to replenish us. It's a silent reminder of the underlying current that connects us to the flow and vets us as already being worthy. Exceptional manifestations of love.

There are key strategies and stages to developing resilience and maintaining it through the traumas that may come and go.

Ask an old lady. She may just tell you how it's done. Find renewal in your spirit sisters at this years' Gathering! https://www.gulfcoastgrandmothers.com/gathering
