2022 Grandmother Gathering

We are able to accommodate 63 women this year. Registration requests will be filled on a first-come, first served basis with a waiting list. Your $50 non-refundable deposit (not an additional cost) AND your completed registration form will hold a space for you. Full payment may be made with this Registration. If you prefer a payment plan, the amounts and due dates are included on the Payment Page.

Through the generosity of other grandmothers and the last year’s Marketplace we are able to offer scholarships.

ASK FOR WHAT YOU NEED, WE WILL GIVE WHAT WE CAN

TO REQUEST A SCHOLARSHIP please submit your request in writing with your registration by December 31, 2019. (Requests received after that date will be honored as funds are available after initial requests have been arranged).

Please include in your request the scholarship amount you are requesting, your registration form AND YOUR $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Registrations will not be processed without the deposit.

REFUNDS: The $50 non-refundable deposit and all applicable Beckwith charges will be deducted from all refund requests.

EARLY ARRIVAL ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT, MARCH 25, 2020

Rooms will be available at Beckwith for early arrival on Wednesday night, March 25. The cost is $35 per person and reservations with payment must be made directly and in advance to Beckwith.
