I am so honored to bring the wisdom of the Enneagram to our retreat this year! The Enneagram provides us with a path toward presence so that our true essence can shine brightly into the world. It weaves modem psychology with ancient spiritual teachings to help us understand ourselves and each other on a deeper level.

The system consists of 9 main personality types. You can think of them like archetypes. We have all of these archetypal patterns within us but there is one that we lead with that determines our personality structure and the lens through which we see the world. To understand our personality type is like peaking underneath the hood of a car to see how it works. It reveals our gifts, challenges and opportunities for growth.

We will dive into this during our 90 minute workshop together, but you may also want to look into which personality type you lead with beforehand.

Below are two links to questionnaires that will help you find the type you identify with. It is not a definitive answer but points you in the direction of your type. You can read about the ones you score highest on and see which one resonates with you the most (you may have more than one at first).

Taking the questionnaire is not necessary for the workshop but it may help to enrich your experience to already have this background assessment The following questionnaire is shorter in length and free.
